Tickets are sold on a first-come basis. Season ticket holders receive first choice for renewal of their seats. Tickets cannot be held without payment. A $3.00 fee is applied to all ticket orders.

Ticket Purchases

Tickets for many performances are available online. They go offline 2 hours prior to showtime. Tickets may also be purchased by calling (517) 278-6029 or visiting the Tibbits box office (May – August) or the administrative offices at 93 West Chicago St. (September – April). MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Will Call

Tickets ordered by phone or online will be held at the box office at the will-call window. You may request tickets be mailed (an additional fee may apply.)


Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show. Tickets must be returned to the box office prior to the show for which tickets are held.


There are no refunds. Unused tickets may be donated to the Tibbits for resale. A receipt for income tax purposes will be issued for the value of the tickets.

Lost Tickets

Tickets can be reprinted. Patron must provide name and method of payment from the original order.


Tickets are necessary for everyone for Tibbits-sponsored events. Please recognize some productions are not suitable for children under five years of age including babes in arms. Inquire on the suitability of specific shows by calling the Box Office during regular hours.


There is a $20 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.


Some performances at the theatre are not productions of Tibbits and therefore ticketing is at the producer’s discretion. Ticket policies for non-Tibbits productions may vary. You may call the box office for clarification at (517) 278-6029.[/tab]
