Reservations

Tickets are sold on a first-come basis. TST season ticket holders receive first choice for renewal of their seats. Tickets cannot be held without payment. A $3 fee is applied to all tickets.

Ticket Purchases

Tickets for many performances are available online. They go offline 2 hours prior to showtime. Tickets may also be purchased by calling (517) 278-6029 or visiting the Tibbits box office (May – August) or the administrative offices at 93 West Chicago St. (September – April). MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Will Call

Tickets ordered by phone or online will be held at the box office at the will call window. You may request tickets be mailed (an additional fee of $1 will apply). Tickets will not be mailed if it’s within 10 days of the ticketed performance and will instead be held at the will call box office window for pickup.

Exchanges

For Tibbits Entertainment Series Shows:
Due to the nature of this one-time event, there are no exchanges or refunds on tickets for the general public.  If you are a Tibbits Member, we would be happy to exchange your tickets for a different Entertainment Series show at the exchange fee of $3 per ticket. Any remaining balance from the exchange will be considered a donation to Tibbits; any additional balance is due along with the exchange fee at the time of the exchange. In order to complete an exchange, the box office must have your tickets in hand at least 24 hours in advance of the original ticketed performance. Tickets will be held at the will call box office window for pickup.

For Tibbits Summer Theatre Shows:
While there are no refunds, we would be happy to exchange your tickets for another TST show in the current season at the exchange fee of $3 per ticket.  If you are a Tibbits Member or a TST season subscriber, we would be happy to exchange your tickets at no charge. In order to complete an exchange, the box office must have your tickets in hand at least 24 hours in advance of the original ticketed performance. Tickets will be held at the will call box office window for pickup.

Refunds

There are no refunds. Unused tickets may be donated to Tibbits for resale. A receipt for income tax purposes will be issued for the value of the tickets.

Lost Tickets

Tickets can be reprinted. Patrons must provide name and method of payment from the original order.

Infants/Children

Tibbits prides itself on offering a diverse selection of arts entertainment for our community. Not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages. Prior to purchasing tickets, patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows we offer in order to make informed decisions with regard to the appropriateness of individual performances for their own children. We ask all of our guests to be considerate of their fellow patrons so everyone is able to enjoy the performance without unnecessary distraction. All guests are required to hold a ticket, regardless of age.

NSF

There is a $20 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

NON-TIBBITS PERFORMANCES

Some performances at the theatre are not productions of Tibbits and therefore ticketing is at the discretion of the renting organization. Ticket policies for non-Tibbits productions may vary. You may call the box office for clarification at (517) 278-6029.
