Ticket policies

(On-line fee is $4.00 per ticket.)

TICKET PURCHASES:  Tickets for many performances are available on-line. Tickets are available for purchase online until 24 hours before the performance; then tickets may be purchased by calling or visiting the Tibbits Box Office.  Business Hours - 9 am - 5 pm

     May-August  --   at the theatre, 14 S. Hanchett St.

     Sept-April      --   at the Business Office, 93 W. Chicago St.

MasterCard and Visa are accepted for Tibbits-sponsored events.

RESERVATIONS:  Tickets are sold on a first come basis. Season ticket holders receive first choice for renewal of their seats. Tickets cannot be held without payment. A $1.00 per ticket Facility Fee, up to a maximum of $4.00 per order, is applied to all advance ticket orders. (On-line fee is $4.00 per ticket.)

WILL CALL:  Tickets ordered by phone or on-line when there is not sufficient time for mailing (10 business days) will be held at the Box Office at the will call window.

EXCHANGES:  Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office prior to the show for which tickets are held.

REFUNDS:  There are no refunds. Unused tickets may be donated to the Tibbits for resale. A receipt for income tax purposes will be issued for the value of the tickets.

LOST TICKETS:  Tickets can be reprinted. Patron must provide name and method of payment from the original order.

INFANTS/CHILDREN:  Tickets are necessary for everyone for Tibbits sponsored events. Please recognize some productions are not suitable for children under five years of age including babes in arms. Inquire on the suitability of specific shows by calling the Box Office during regular hours.

NSF:  There is a $20 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

TIBBITS PERFORMANCES:  Some performances at the theatre are not productions of Tibbits and therefore ticketing is at the producer’s discretion. Ticket policies for non-Tibbits productions may vary. You may call the box office for clarification at  517-278-6029.

OBSTRUCTED-VIEW SEATS:  A few seats in the balcony are obstructed-view seats.  Please keep in mind that the obstruction is only a 1" in diameter pipe with the electrical wire running through it.

It is a very small obstruction.  The obstructed-view seats are marked with the "eyeball" on the seat.
