Young Michigan Dances

Storytelling and dance combine, telling stories of Europeans’ arrivals in the New World and Native American stories of creation, tall tales and fact. This cornucopia of tales will include such stories as Brer Terrapin’s Tug of War, Johnny Appleseed, The Woman and the Butterfly Man. Young Michigan Dances has a long history of using professional dance and theatre to bring to life the magic of children’s literature.
