Arts Alive Holiday Event Tickets on Sale!
COLDWATER – Get into the holiday spirit with Arts Alive’s second annual “The Art of Holiday Food, Drinks, and Décor” fundraising event at Tibbits Opera House on Tuesday, Nov 27 from 5:30-9pm.
“If you attended last year’s Arts Alive holiday event and liked it, then you will LOVE this year’s event. It’s a little different but there’s a lot more for you to enjoy during this fun-filled evening and you get to take home more than just ideas!” said event co-chair Stephanie Burdick.
Attendees will work in two groups based on their hors d’oeuvres time, which will be assigned at check-in. All will leave with a plethora of new recipes and ideas. While one group is taking in the décor, eating, and watching food demonstrations on what’s sure to be some new holiday favorites, the other group will be creating a beautiful fresh swag and floral-shop bow to take home to adorn their front door. There will also be time to watch a drink demo, mingle over coffee and dessert, and come together briefly at the end of the night to pull the winning tickets for the 12 Days of Christmas drawing. Attendees should plan on attending the full event and bringing garden gloves as well as hand pruners, scissors and wire cutters for the hands-on portion of the night.
This event is sponsored by BACC Culinary Arts & Hospitality Mgt., Kathy Merrill, Tordue Chocolates, Loveberry’s Tree Farm, Frost Work Evergreens, American Flower Trends, JT’s Billiard Bar & Grill, A Grand Occasion, The Museum Gallery, Modern Revival, Charlie Hemker, Coldwater Primitives, Longstreet Living, Showcase Gardens and Landscaping, Walmart, Snip-Itz Hair Salon, D. Leigh Arts, and Insight on Health, LLC.
The cost for the entire evening of activities is $50. For a full listing of what the admission price includes, or to purchase tickets, go online at www.Tibbits.org or call 517-278-6029. Ticket sales will end at 2pm on Monday, November 26 or when the limited supply of tickets is gone.
