Thank you for supporting the Tibbits 42nd Annual Auction!
Once you are ready to check out and pay for your winning items, checkout can be as easy as paying using the credit card that you set up with your online registration. From your profile icon at the top right of the auction website page, click on the checkout button and you will be directed to the payment page. Simply complete your online transaction.
*If you plan to pay with cash or check IN PERSON at Tibbits, DO NOT FOLLOW THE ONLINE CHECKOUT PROCESS. Please note that all cash or check payments must be made by Nov 11 or your credit card will be automatically charged.
ITEM PICK UP: All items will be available for pickup in the Art Gallery at Tibbits Opera House:
Tuesday, Nov. 9 noon – 6pm
Wednesday, Nov. 10 noon-6pm
Thursday, Nov. 11 noon-3pm
Please enter through the south entrance, the glass doors nearest the elevator. Take the elevator or stairs to the lower level art gallery. Volunteers will assist you with your items. Payments by cash/check should be made at this time before receiving your items.
All items should be picked up by Nov. 11. If you are unable to pick up your items by that date or need to arrange for shipping, please call the office at 517.278.6029 to make special arrangements.
Tibbits Opera Foundation & Arts Council is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation. Please consult your tax accountant for information on possible tax deductions of donations or purchases from the auction.
