Each year community members open their homes and help Tibbits house the actors, designers and technicians who create Summer Theatre. Over the years we have heard many warm stories of long-time friendships formed from this summer experience.

This year’s company will be a little bigger because of the musical “A Chorus Line.” We’re putting the call out early, if you have an extra bedroom and would be willing to house someone for Tibbits, please call and we’ll tell you more and answer all of your questions.

Housing an actor does not require you to feed or entertain them. They are professionals who are used to living on their own and taking care of their own needs. They have a full work schedule which keeps them busy. They just need a place to sleep, shower and keep some food. Tibbits has been doing this for 51 years’ we are grateful to all who have opened their homes.
