ABBAMANIA and NIGHT FEVER TRIBUTE BAND ON WINTER FEST WEEKEND
COLDWATER – A salute to two great rock groups—Abba and the Bee Gees – combine in one concert during Coldwater’s Winter Fest weekend on Saturday, January 25 at 7pm as Tibbits presents AbbaMania and Night Fever.
The concert takes the audience back in time when Abba and The Bee Gees ruled the pop music world! With authentic costumes, made by the seamstress from MAMA MIA, and incredible vocals, ABBAMANIA recreates the look and sound when ABBA was on stage, live in concert. Backed by a live band, Abbamania is the world’s number one production of Abba, featuring hits such as “Dancing Queen,” “Waterloo,” “S.O.S.” They are the only Abba production to perform twice for the cast of Mama Mia. Called “fantastic” by the Chicago Tribune, and “vocally superb” by The New York Times, this show is complete with costume changes, choreography, and comedy.
The evening continues with Night Fever recreating the soundtrack that ruled the 70s. Rolling Stone Magazine called this group “incredible!” With all the high harmonies and stage presence of the Bee Gees, they will perform favorites like “Jive Talking,” “Stayin’ Alive,” and “You Should Be Dancing.”
The concert at Tibbits caps off a day full of fun in Coldwater, with the downtown Winter Fest that will feature sled dogs, wood carvings, snowmen contest, soup contest, warming stations, kids activities and more leading up to AbbaMania and Night Fever, which begins at 7pm.
