MEET THE CAST
Gloria Logan: Actor Tibbits 2019: Be My Baby and See How They Run. 25+ seasons. At Tibbits: Crazy for You, Anything Goes, The Dixie Swim Club, Always a Bridesmaid, The Fox on the Fairway and many others. Favorite Roles: Gloria in Grace & Glorie at The Village Theatre & Tibbits; Clariee in Steel Magnolias at The Kentucky Repertory & Tibbits; Golde in Fiddler on the Roof at The Red Barn and Dominos; Melissa in Love Letters at the Hulce Center for the Arts, Bessie in Marvin’s Room, Maria in Lend Me A Tenor and Aunt Eller in Oklahoma! at Tibbits. Training: M.A. from E. M. U. and recipient of the University Distinguished Alumna Award, a Theater was named in her honor in 2000 and she was twice named Michigan’s Theatre Teacher of the Year. “It’s always a pleasure to return to the Tibbits–to be able to work in this wonderful historic theater is a joy and a privilege. Love and gratitude to hubby Norm and Coldwater host Joanne Dean.”
Matthew C. Scott: Actor, Director Tibbits 2019: Be My Baby, West Side Story, Directing Pinocchio. 1st season. Favorite roles: John Dickinson in 1776, The Baker in Into the Woods and the Reverend Mother in Nunsense A-Men.Training: Regent University Grad studies. “After all these years, I am finally looking forward to working and setting foot on the Tibbits stage.”
Chad Tallon: Actor Tibbits 2019: Be My Baby, Joseph…Dreamcoat, West Side Story, See How They Run. 5th season. At Tibbits: Thurston in Greater Tuna, Amos in Chicago, Henry Perkins in Funny Money and Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar. “I would like to thank Charles and Christine for the opportunity to perform on this beautiful, historic stage. Bailey Kote: Actor Tibbits 2019: Be My Baby, Joseph…Dreamcoat, The Wind in the Willows, West Side Story, Pinocchio. 2nd season. At Tibbits: Damn Yankees, Footloose, Puss in Boots, The Troll and the Elephant Prince. Favorite Roles: Wendy Jo in Footloose at the Tibbits, Clarice in West Side Story and Tricia in A Chorus Line at Cortland Repertory Theater. Training: BFA Musical Theatre- Rider University Class of 2020.“Thank you to Charles, Kevin, and Dougie for inviting me back to the Tibbits stage. Max Gonzalez: Actor Tibbits 2019: Be My Baby, Joseph…Dreamcoat, West Side Story, See How They Run. 2nd season. At Tibbits: Jesus Christ Superstar, Last of the Dragons and Shiver and Shake. Favorite Roles: Tedeschino in The Buffoons, Freddy Rodriguez in Working, Mark Cohen in Rent, and Stanley Jerome in Brighton Beach Memoirs. Training: New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts at the New Studio on Broadway. “Special thanks to my family, friends, and Gray Talent for the constant support. Rest in peace, Malcom Miller.”
