MAGIC ON STAGE WITH TIBBITS POPCORN THEATRE
COLDWATER – Smiles and surprises will fill the theatre when Alan Kazam brings his unique blend of amazing magic and laugh-out-loud comedy to Tibbits Popcorn Theatre July 1 and 2.

Filled with crowd participation, Alan Kazam will delight audiences of all ages. He brings over 30 years’ experience performing all over the country. Locally he has performed onstage at Devos Performance Hall, the Kalamazoo State Theatre and Firekeepers Casino. He was also the magician of choice for Derek Jeter and his Turn2 Foundation and for PJ Fleck and the WMU Championship Football team.
Popcorn Theatre is generously sponsored by The Bushouse Family, Jon and Seibra Herbener, and Coldwater Orthodontics and Aligner Center along with additional support from Asama Coldwater Manufacturing, Breco LLC, Dr. Matthew Christopher DDS, PC, Vested Risk Strategies, Coldwater Exchange Club, and Great Lakes Chiropractic. Tibbits also receives grant funding from the Michigan Arts & Culture Council as well as the National Endowment for the Arts.
Magician Alan Kazam will only be at the theatre for two performances on July 1 and 2 at 10am. A great lineup continues through August 10 with performances of “The Jungle Book,” “Patrica Polacco’s Union City” and “Classic Cartoon Cavalcade.” All Tibbits Popcorn Theatre presentations are Fridays and Saturdays at 10am. Patrons will be treated to free popcorn and juice at intermission. Popcorn is donated by Ed Lake, with juice donated by McDonalds: The Maynard Organization.
New this year, Popcorn Theatre will have reserved seating. Tickets are $10 including fees and available online at Tibbits.org, at the Tibbits Admin Office at 93 W. Chicago Street 9 am to 5 pm weekdays, by calling 517-278-6029, or at the box office in the theatre one hour prior to all performances. All tickets are charged a facility/ticketing fee whether in person or not; there are no additional fees for ordering online. Group and family rates are available starting at 5 tickets.
All performances will be held at the historic Tibbits Opera House, 14 S. Hanchett in Coldwater.
