Artists submitted their designs, which were pared down to the top three choices by the Arts Alive board members, City officials, and additional judges. The top three designs include those by Bailey Travelbee, Matt Biolchini, and Morgan Miller. Voting will be open from January 7 to February 1.

The winning design will be posted on the City’s website on February 12. Proposals are being sought for artists to recreate the winning design on the 12’ high by 80’ wide foot wall adjacent to the Rotary Splash Pad.
