As a child, I lived with my parents William and Grace Lacher for 12 years in Coldwater until we moved to Salem, Indiana in 1949. My Daddy was the Manager of Local Finance in Coldwater. As a child, you could go to the Tibbits Theater on Saturday. All the children could see the main feature and weekly serial for 5 cents. With popcorn, 15 cents! Those were the good old days! I moved to Plantation, Florida in 1970. It is wonderful to learn the theatre has been refurbished. Congratulations to those involved in bringing an old movie house up to the current standard. Sincerely, Pat Lacher Roberson.
